New Riding Material
I finally bought a couple of new cycling DVDs. Hell On Wheels and American Flyers. I threw in a little cross training by playing some church ball. My legs are sure itching. I can't wait until the weather warms up so I can ride outside. I'm still thinking about buying the Kona so I can at least ride outside with a mountain bike.

If you dare wear short shorts...
To get over the mid winter blues, I decided to try and shave my legs with my new razor from Christmas. I have skinny white legs.

Cross Training
Played some b-ball last night. It's definitely a different type of exercise compared to cycling. Not too rusty - scored around 12 points. I need to stop eating so much junk food at night. I found out that Troy from the lunch cycling group is having back surgery.

Rode hard watching stage 16 of the 2006 TDF. I got out the plum bob to check my saddle forward position and it looks good. I can't stop eating junk food.

Back In the Saddle Again
I took about a week off from riding. It's been the longest time I've had off since I started training in May. I bought a new saddle - one that is more ergonomically safe:) I'm having a hard time getting the position of the seat correct.
